While the nation’s semiconductor dream is slowly realising and many passionate and enthusiastic engineers, striving hard to get into the semiconductor Industry. It was disappointing to see the skill gap between higher education and employability, which is destroying the most productive year of young minds. We realised the need for a catalyst for bridging this gap between academia and industry. We decided to take a practical approach in creating and managing motivated bread of professionals. Pragmatic silicon was formed by a group of dedicated passionate and qualified semiconductor professionals having a collective experience of over 30+ years serving the industry.
