VLSI Back end domain is a technology and tool-based flow implementation job role, requiring good expertise with device fundamentals. You will learn to synthesize design, Placement, Routing, Clock tree implementation, and physical verification.
Design-for-testability (DFT) techniques is used to generate test vector sequences for VLSI circuits and identify test vector. DFT flow happens in both pre and post-synthesis flow, hence DFT placed under the backend flow is only for convenience
This is a programming- based course, that requires good expertise with Digital Design, Verilog, SV, UVM and standard protocols (Ex: AXI, AHB, SPI, PCIe, etc). You will learn to convert a schematic into a program. Simulate design and do functional verification
Design your system starting from Embedded C, ARM Microcontrollers, Linux internals and PCB. Automobiles, Automation or multiple consumer electronics using the internet of things are designed by embedded engineers
